My Work Value provides the TotalReward Calculator, a tool that helps individuals understand the total value of their employment compensation package, including salary, pension contributions, benefits, and perks. The Service is available in two tiers:

To access Pro features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@myworkvalue.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise My Work Value to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
New Pro subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. On cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. We do not charge cancellation fees.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us at info@myworkvalue.com within 30 days of your initial purchase and we will provide a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 30 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Annual plan refunds beyond 30 days will be prorated for any unused complete months.

These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without our express written permission.
The TotalReward Calculator is provided for informational purposes only. Results are estimates based on the data you enter and standard UK rates. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the calculations for any particular purpose. Always consult a qualified professional for formal financial or employment advice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, My Work Value Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
